WhiskyNerds, a Dutch group, bottles this Old Rhosdhu jointly with Wu Dram Clan, a historic Loch Lomond malt name, a mature 29 year old from 1990, cask 416.
Nearly three decades in ex-Bourbon mellow the light spirit, vanilla coming from the gentle oak as decades of angel's share softened the strength.
At 48.2% it shows a fragrant maturity over old wood. A mature Old Rhosdhu.
