Ojo de Agua Tequila Blanco

Ojo de Agua Tequila Blanco is a 100% Blue Weber tequila created by Swiss artist and Yello musician Dieter Meier, whose label already spanned Argentine wine and organic beef before adding an authentic Mexican distillate. Unaged and bottled clear, it is built to put the fresh, vegetal side of the agave in the foreground.
Made in Jalisco by traditional methods from carefully chosen agave, it noses on raw banana, jasmine and chamomile with cooked agave and a mineral lift. The palate is sweetish and herbal, with caramel and lingering baked agave, then floral, cinnamon and stony notes through a dense texture. It closes soft and harmonious at 40%, with a faint echo of pepper and ginger, an easy, expressive blanco that stays close to the plant.
