Nuvo l'Esprit de Paris is a French sparkling liqueur produced by Lucas Bols and created by Raphael Yakoby, built on a combination of vodka and sparkling wine enhanced with fruity notes, bottled at 15%. Its signature is the effervescence, a liqueur that pours with a sparkle and a fruity sweetness, dressed in a slim bottle reminiscent of a perfume flacon. That blend of spirit and sparkling wine puts it somewhere between a liqueur and a celebration drink.

The nose is fresh exotic fruit with fine vanilla and a hint of sparkling wine, the palate sparkling and fruity with fresh strawberry, citrus and a fine sweetness over a subtle floral note, finishing light, refreshing and long with a sparkling freshness. Behind the bar it brings fruit, sweetness and effervescence in one pour, which makes it a quick aperitif for receptions and a colourful base for sparkling cocktails. It pairs well with light appetisers such as canapes, sushi or seafood. Serve it well chilled and pour fresh to keep the sparkle, neat or as the lively heart of a celebratory serve.
