Nüssle Nuss mit Schuss Haselnuss Likör

Nussle Nuss mit Schuss is an Austrian hazelnut liqueur made by Fancy Food and Drinks, built on hazelnuts that are carefully roasted and processed to draw out their full flavour, then combined with a fine nut spirit and a harmonious sweetness. That roasting is the heart of it, giving a deep, toasted nut character rather than a flat nut syrup, and bottling at 30% keeps a balance between the nut and the spirit. A full bodied take on the hazelnut style.

The nose is intense roasted hazelnut with a hint of caramel and vanilla, the palate creamy, smooth and full bodied with roasted hazelnut, nougat and a fine sweetness, finishing pleasantly long with a nutty sweet edge. Behind the bar it works as a nutty body and dessert ingredient, adding roasted hazelnut flavour, sweetness and weight, which makes it a natural in a Nutty Russian, a Hazelnut Martini or a praline edged Espresso Martini.
