Nuestra Soledad Mezcal Valles

Nuestra Soledad Valles is an Oaxacan joven from the Casa Cortes single village collection, drawn from the Valles Centrales and made entirely from cultivated Espadin grown across the remote mountain communities around the region. The line gathers six Espadin mezcals from six makers to show how terroir and method shape one agave, and this bottling is the accessible, mixable member of the family at 40%.
Espadin from the central valleys gives a balanced, sweet roasted agave base, here cooked, milled, wild fermented and twice distilled in the classic artesanal way that runs through Casa Cortes. The result is fresh and easygoing, with cooked agave and floral notes meeting a touch of coconut, a saline edge and a soft, lightly fruity sweetness that keeps it friendly for newcomers without losing its agave character.
