Nordic Spirits Lab Distilled Gin

This small-batch gin comes from the Nordic Spirits Lab under Sweden's Anora Group, built around ten carefully chosen botanicals with a clear northern signature. Juniper, citrus peel, coriander, angelica root and caraway form the core, lifted by bitter orange peel and crown dill, the herb that gives the spirit its distinctly Scandinavian, faintly savoury edge. The aim is precision and clarity rather than weight.

The nose is clean, fruity and floral, gentle juniper over coriander, citrus and fresh herbs. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, crisp juniper and spicy coriander threaded with fine citrus and floral notes, before a fresh, light finish carrying a subtle spice. Build a G&T with a slice of lemon and a frond of fresh dill, which echoes its botanicals neatly.
