Neisson Rhum Blanc Agricole Zepol’Kare

Neisson Rhum Blanc Agricole Zepol'Kare is a Martinique rhum agricole blanc, distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice at the small Neisson family distillery in Le Carbet, a name agricole drinkers hold in high regard. As a true Martinique blanc it is rested rather than aged, bottled to show the cane at its freshest.

This expression sits on the saline, olive-forward side of the agricole spectrum: the nose carries fresh sugarcane, green olive and floral notes, while the palate is round and oily, the briny olive character running right through to a finish that mixes cane sweetness with that distinctive salinity. The spirit comes off a column still kept low to lock in the green, vegetal congeners. Dry and structured at 50%, it makes a textbook Ti Punch where the olive and cane sap come alive with lime and a touch of sugar.
