Named for Amy of the Nc’nean team, this Quiet Rebels edition is a 2020 vintage matured in ex-Bourbon casks at the organic, net-zero distillery in Morvern.
The low-tannin American oak framed the bright, fruity organic spirit, lending vanilla and a creamy sweetness without crowding the citrus and orchard fruit.
At 48.5% it shows citrus, orchard fruit, honey and vanilla. An ex-Bourbon Quiet Rebel.
