Description
Malted Teacake is part of Nc’nean's Huntress series, a vatting of early 2017 spirit drawn across shaved, toasted and recharred red wine casks, ex-Bourbon and Oloroso, named for the baked-fruit character it carries.
The three cask types layered the light spirit, the recharred red wine wood and Oloroso giving cooked and dried fruit while the bourbon oak lent vanilla.
At 48.5% it shows cooked fruit over a sweet, fruity body. A Huntress series vatting.
