Lemon Meadow is a 2019 Huntress release from Nc’nean, matured in shaved, toasted and recharred red wine casks, the wood most bound up with the distillery's identity.
The recharred wine cask gave the bright organic spirit red fruit and spice, while its lighter side kept a citrus and hay-like freshness with a yeasty lift.
At 48.5% it shows citrus, fresh fruit, vanilla and a yeasty note over a hay-like body. A red wine cask Huntress.
