This Aon single cask is a 2020 spirit matured in a shaved, toasted and recharred red wine cask, number 20-279, the wood most associated with Nc’nean.
The recharred wine cask gave the light, fruity spirit red berry, cherry and baking spice quickly, its caramelised surface adding a fruity sweetness.
At 59.6% it shows red berry, spice and a fruity sweetness, undiluted. A red wine cask Aon.
