Description
This Aon single cask is a 2020 spirit matured in ex-Bourbon and finished in a Port cask, number 20-200, from Nc’nean's organic, net-zero distillery.
The bourbon oak lent the young spirit vanilla before the Port cask added plum and red cherry from the fortified wine.
At 61.1% it shows plum, red cherry and vanilla at high strength, undiluted. A Port-finished Aon.
