Description
This is Batch SB20 of Nc’nean's Organic Single Malt, a 2019 vintage leaning on Oloroso sherry casks, from the organic, net-zero distillery in Morvern.
Oloroso maturation wrapped the light, fruity young spirit in dried fruit, the cask's melanoidins giving raisin and a nutty depth.
At 46% it shows dried fruit and a nutty depth over citrus and fresh fruit. A sherried batch of the core range.
