Description
This Organic Single Malt batch, KS17, departs from the usual recipe by leaning entirely on Oloroso sherry casks, a 2019 vintage from Nc’nean's organic, net-zero distillery in Morvern.
Full maturation in Oloroso wrapped the light, fruity young spirit in dried fruit, the cask's melanoidins giving raisin and a nutty, chocolatey depth even at a young age.
At 46% it shows dried fruit, chocolate and a nutty note over citrus and fresh fruit. A sherried turn on the core range.
