This Aon single cask is a 2018 spirit from a single ex-Bourbon barrel, number 18-294, bottled young and at full strength from Nc’nean's Morvern distillery.
Four years in low-tannin American oak gave the light spirit vanilla, the active cask drawing a surprising dried-fruit and chocolate depth for its age.
At 57.1% it shows chocolate, dried fruit, honey and a nutty note, undiluted. A young ex-Bourbon Aon.
