This Aon single cask is a 2017 spirit matured in a single ex-Bourbon barrel, number 17-329, from Nc’nean's organic distillery in Morvern.
4 years in low-tannin American oak gave the light, fruity spirit vanilla while keeping its citrus and orchard fruit to the fore.
At cask strength it shows citrus, orchard fruit and vanilla, undiluted. An ex-Bourbon Aon single cask.
