Description
This Aon single cask is a 2017 spirit matured in a single ex-Bourbon barrel, number 17-232, one of the older expressions of Nc’nean's early make.
Seven years in low-tannin American oak drew vanilla and a soft cereal sweetness into the light spirit while keeping its fruity lift.
At 57.1% it shows citrus, fresh fruit, malt and a note of old wood, undiluted. A maturing ex-Bourbon Aon.
