Mozart Chocolate Strawberry Sahnelikör

Mozart Chocolate Strawberry is a fruit and cream liqueur from the Mozart Distillerie in Salzburg, the Austrian house known for chocolate liqueurs. It combines real Belgian chocolate, fresh cream and the flavour of ripe strawberries at 15% in the 500ml bottle, a fruity, creamy reading of the Mozart style built on a cocoa distillate. As a dairy cream emulsion it is a dairy product once opened, best kept chilled and finite in life.

The nose is fresh strawberry, white chocolate, cream and a hint of vanilla, the palate mild, fruity and creamy with a fine chocolate note and a subtle sweetness, the finish soft, sweet and fruity with a chocolaty aftertaste. In a mix it adds soft summer fruit, a white chocolate sweetness and a dairy body, the makings of a Strawberry Cream Martini or a fruity dessert cocktail, and it pours neat on ice. It also pairs with light cakes, strawberry tiramisu and fruit desserts.
