Molasses-based and oak-aged in the house style, typically ex-bourbon barrels, it carries banana, burnt sugar and caramel on the nose, then brown sugar, chocolate and peppery spice across the palate. The finish stays peppery and dry with dark chocolate, oak and barrel, and there is no added sugar to round it off.
