Moulin Du Loup White 71 Rum is a molasses-based white rum from the Belgian distillery Moulin Du Loup, bottled clear and unaged. As a craft European white it leans on the character of the spirit itself rather than any cask influence.

Bottled at a sturdy 43.5%, the profile runs fresh and aromatic: gentle and floral on the nose with fresh mint, a faint saline edge and the slightly funky note of a long-fermented molasses spirit.
