From Signatory Vintage, one of Scotland's largest independent bottlers, this 12 Year Old is a 2007 vintage from cask 304912. Mortlach, the first licensed distillery in Dufftown, runs a 2.81-times distillation and worm-tub condensers that give the heavy, meaty spirit fans call the Beast of Dufftown.

Twelve years in ex-Bourbon let oak meet weight, vanilla and honey from lignin and wood sugars settling over the oily, meaty spirit.
