A salt-laced take on the Black Forest classic: 47 botanicals layered with fleur de sel from the Camargue, so citrus, juniper and florals arrive with a maritime, mineral edge. Just 1,790 bottles, bottle neck engraved ex pluribus unum. Complex, elegant and faintly briny, it rewrites the house style without losing it.

Description
Black Forest Distillers built Monkey 47 on a famously secret bill of 47 botanicals, and this Distiller's Cut bends that signature toward the sea. The twist is fleur de sel from the Camargue, the delicate French salt lending an elegant, mineral, maritime note to an already dense gin. Just 1,790 bottles were filled, each with a shimmering rosé-and-blue label, a gold-plated neck ring engraved ex pluribus unum, and an iconic monkey-stamped box.
The nose is fresh, spicy and mineral, citrus and juniper threaded with floral accents and a salty sea breeze. The palate is complex and powerful, herbs, lemon and floral spice carrying a clear note of salt, the finish long and maritime with subtle juniper warmth. Serve it neat or with a good dry tonic and a sprig of rosemary, and pour it alongside oysters or scallops to let the minerality sing.
