Miracle White Gold Edition is produced in Poland by Wielkopolska Manufaktura Wodek, built around wheat for its soft, rounded mouthfeel. The spirit is distilled and then filtered several times to refine it into a clear, even structure with no intrusive sharpness, before being reduced to 40%. The limited White Gold presentation is the dressy part, but the liquid itself is aimed at smoothness and balance rather than any single dominant note.
The nose is gentle and light with subtle cereal notes, a hint of vanilla and a fresh edge. The palate is soft and smooth, balancing a light sweetness with a subtle spice, and the finish is long, silky and mild. That faint vanilla and sweetness make it a good fit for a White Russian: 50ml vodka and 25ml coffee liqueur over ice, topped with a float of cream and stirred gently. The vodka's mild sweetness blends into the cream while its clean body keeps the drink from turning heavy.
