Potato is the heart of the story: it ferments and distils into a spirit with a fuller, oilier, creamier body than wheat or rye, plus a soft natural sweetness that needs no sugar added. The distillery runs the spirit through repeated distillation and filtration to lift it to a clean, crystal-clear state while keeping that creamy weight, then sets it at 42.3% so there is a touch more intensity than the usual 40% without losing the round mouthfeel.

The nose leans towards freshly baked bread crust, a hint of vanilla and a gentle earthiness, all classic potato markers. The palate is soft and full-bodied with that creamy texture, a natural sweetness and a flick of white pepper and minerality, closing long and silky with a clean, lightly spicy finish.
