Description
Langside Distillers bottles this 9 Year Old in its Hepburn's Choice range, a 2009 vintage matured in Oloroso, a release of 356 bottles. Miltonduff, the delicate Speyside drawn from the abbey-blessed Black Burn and long bound for Ballantine's.
Across nine years the Oloroso butt loaded the soft, floral character with dried fruit and a nutty edge, melanoidins over a still-fresh core.
At 46% it shows sherried dried fruit over the floral body. A Hepburn's Choice 9.
