Milagro Silver is a 100% Blue Weber tequila blanco from the highlands of Jalisco, Los Altos, founded in 1998 by Danny Schneeweiss and Moy Guindi in Mexico City as a modern take on the category. Highland agave tends toward sweeter, fruitier piñas, and Milagro leans into that with a clear, soft and citrus bright style.
The piñas are baked for 36 hours in traditional brick ovens, drawing out cooked agave sweetness without smoke since the heat is indirect. Milagro then runs a dual still approach, using copper pot stills for body and intense agave character and column stills for added mildness and purity. The result at 40% is crisp and bright, with cooked agave and lively citrus over a subtle sweetness and a clean, peppery close.
