Herbal and aromatic, with basil and rosemary leading into spicy star anise, fennel seed and a bright exotic citrus lift. Twenty-one botanicals from across the world, distilled in tiny 500-litre batches in the Brazilian hills near Jundiai. Complex, lightly sweet and named for a misty poem.

Description
McQueen and the Violet Fog is distilled in the hills of Jundiai, Brazil, in small 500-litre batches, its name borrowed from a poem about a mysterious, misty atmosphere. Twenty-one hand-picked botanicals are gathered from around the globe, among them Indian basil, Portuguese rosemary, Mediterranean fennel seed, South Pacific calamondin and Vietnamese star anise, for a spirit that aims squarely at complexity over restraint.
The nose is herbal and intense, basil and rosemary over spicy star anise and subtle citrus. The palate is complex and balanced, spicy herbs and juniper meeting fennel, exotic citrus freshness and a thread of sweetness, before a long, elegant finish of warm spice and a light floral note. It makes a fragrant G&T with a floral tonic and a basil sprig, or stir it into a Gin Basil Smash.
