Mars Tsunuki Single Malt Japanese Whisky is the core no age statement single malt from Tsunuki, Hombo Shuzo's Kagoshima distillery on the southern tip of Kyushu, bottled at 50% cask strength for global distribution. Tsunuki operates in the warm and humid climate of southern Kyushu, where the subtropical conditions accelerate maturation and build a rich, rounded profile at ages that would still be considered young in Scotland or northern Japan.

Matured in bourbon casks, the spirit has absorbed a broad and generous flavour register over the maturation period. The profile shows chocolate and dried fruit alongside honey and vanilla, with an oily, weighty texture that lingers on the finish.
