Description

MaloRhum works in the French arrange tradition, steeping flavour into cane juice spirit rather than ageing it in wood. The name Cure points to a blackcurrant, cassis, character, giving this infusion a dark, fruity sweetness rather than the dry, grassy snap of a straight agricole.

This is a flavoured, lightly sweet rum, not a dry sipper. At 35% it stays soft and easy, best served well chilled or over ice where the macerated fruit leads the way and the cane spirit stays in support.
