Malfy Gin Originale

Where the rest of the Malfy range chases Mediterranean citrus, Originale goes the other way and concentrates on the pure essence of a dry gin. It's distilled in small batches at the Torino Distillati distillery in Moncalieri, Piedmont, using carefully chosen Italian juniper, traditional botanicals and pure mountain spring water. The familiar blue-accented bottle keeps the coastal styling, but what's inside is deliberately clean and classic.

The nose is fresh and aromatic, juniper out front with citrus freshness and a light herbal note. The palate is clear, dry and balanced, juniper leading over subtle citrus and gentle spice, before a clean, long finish leaves a soft pine trail. It's a natural base for a crisp G&T with quality Indian tonic and a lemon twist, or a properly cold, juniper-forward Martini.
