Longueteau Prelude Harmony Collection is an agricole from Longueteau, the oldest family-owned agricole distillery still running in Guadeloupe, working from fresh-pressed sugar cane juice rather than molasses. This release is a single cask, bottled unsweetened at a near cask strength 49.1%.

Distilled on a column still kept low to preserve the cane congeners, a Longueteau agricole typically leans grassy and herbaceous with fresh cane sap, white pepper and a dry, saline edge, the hallmark freshness and snap of the style. At this strength it should feel firm and concentrated, a rum for a Ti Punch or for sipping with water.
