The Whisky Cask, a German independent, bottles this 26 Year Old, a 1992 vintage matured in Pedro Ximenez.

Twenty-six years in PX load the rich spirit with the sweetest sherry, the cask's residual sugars and melanoidins giving raisin, date and treacle.

At 48.3% it shows dark PX raisin and date over Longmorn's mature richness, undiluted. A PX-matured 26.
