Mackillop's Choice bottles this Single Cask 26 Year Old, a 1988 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 12811, an outturn of 263 bottles.

Twenty-six years in ex-Bourbon rounded the rich Speyside spirit, the oak's caramelised hemicellulose giving a soft toffee alongside vanilla.

At 50.1% it shows mature orchard fruit over Longmorn's richness, undiluted. A Mackillop's Choice 26.
