Gordon & MacPhail of Elgin, founded 1895, long held some of the deepest Longmorn reserves. This Licensed Bottling 25 Year Old, bottled in 2004, is a mature window on the rich Speyside spirit.
Twenty-five years in ex-Bourbon matured the weighty make, the angel's share easing it to 40%.
At 40% it shows soft mature fruit and vanilla over Longmorn's richness. A G&M licensed 25.
