From Jack Wiebers' Great Ocean Liners series, this 21 Year Old is a 1992 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 110994, an outturn of 246 bottles.

Twenty-one years in ex-Bourbon matured the rich spirit, the American oak giving vanilla and a soft creamy sweetness.

At 52.5% it shows mature orchard fruit and a soft vanilla over Longmorn's richness, undiluted. A Great Ocean Liners 21.
