Moon-Import, the storied Italian bottler founded by Pepi Mongiardino, releases this 19 Year Old in its 2nd Collection, a rare 1966 vintage matured in Oloroso, an outturn of 800 bottles.
Nineteen years in Oloroso lent dried fruit through the cask's melanoidins over the rich spirit.
At 57% it shows a cooked-vegetable depth over sherried dried fruit and Longmorn's body, undiluted. A 1966 Moon-Import.
