From Adelphi, the esteemed independent revived in the 1990s, this 18 Year Old is a 1992 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 48429, an outturn of 193 bottles.
Eighteen years in ex-Bourbon matured the rich spirit, the low-tannin wood lending vanilla without masking the fruit.
At 55.6% it shows ripe orchard fruit and vanilla over Longmorn's richness, undiluted. An Adelphi 18.
