From Van Wees, the Dutch house behind The Ultimate range, this Cask Strength 17 Year Old is a 1996 vintage from Oloroso cask 72323, an outturn of 608 bottles.

Seventeen years in Oloroso built deep sherried maturity, the cask's melanoidins giving dried fruit.

At 57.5% it shows honey over deep sherried dried fruit and Longmorn's rich body, undiluted. An Ultimate 17.
