From Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this 17 Year Old is a 1996 vintage from Oloroso cask 72322, an outturn of 748 bottles.

Seventeen years in Oloroso lent dried fruit through the cask's melanoidins over the rich make.

At 46% it shows chocolate, citrus, cooked and dried fruit, fresh fruit and leather. An Un-Chillfiltered 17.
