Morisco Spirits, an Italian independent, bottles this 15 Year Old in its Stillness series, a 2006 vintage Longmorn in ex-Bourbon, a tiny outturn of 66 bottles.
Fifteen years in ex-Bourbon matured the rich spirit, the bourbon oak lending vanilla and a creamy texture.
At 54.2% it shows ripe orchard fruit and vanilla over Longmorn's richness, undiluted. A Stillness 15.
