From Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection, this 13 Year Old is a 2012 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 917, an outturn of 165 bottles.

Thirteen years in ex-Bourbon framed the weighty make, the cask giving vanilla and a faint coconut through its oak lactones.

At 56.6% it shows chocolate, dried fruit, a glasshouse-green note, hay and leather over Longmorn's body, undiluted. A cask strength 13.
