From Signatory Vintage's Cask Strength Collection, this 12 Year Old is a 2012 vintage from ex-Bourbon cask 919, an outturn of 233 bottles.

Twelve years in ex-Bourbon framed the Longmorn make, the cask's lignin breaking down to vanillin for a clear vanilla note and a nutty depth.

At 57.3% it shows chocolate, honey, new wood, citrus, a malty note and nuts over Longmorn's body, undiluted. A cask strength 12.
