The Whisky Cellar, run by whisky writer Keith Wood, bottles this 11 Year Old in its Private Cellars Selection, a 2011 vintage from Oloroso cask 9065, an outturn of 295 bottles.

Eleven years in Oloroso lent dried fruit through the cask's melanoidins over the young rich spirit.

At 56.7% it shows chocolate, cooked and fresh fruit, a fragrant note, honey and a malty depth, undiluted. A Private Cellars Selection 11.
