Description
Hart Brothers has bottled single casks from Glasgow since the 1960s. This Single Cask 10 Year Old is a 2010 vintage matured in Oloroso.
Ten years in Oloroso lent dried fruit through the cask's melanoidins over the young rich spirit.
At 50% it shows chocolate, dried and fresh fruit, a malty note, new wood and a sherried character, undiluted. A sherried single cask 10.
