Description
This Second Crop Fallow Edition is the next vintage of Lochlea's Oloroso-matured autumn-rest release, the deep, sherried member of the Crop series.
First-fill Oloroso lends dried fruit through its melanoidins, the sherry's tannins adding structure over the distillery's own barley.
At 46% it shows chocolate, a sherried character, dried and fresh fruit, honey and new wood, deep and warming. The Second Crop Fallow.
