Description
Signature is Loch Lomond's house blend, built around malt and grain the distillery makes itself, the kind of single-site blend few others can produce. An everyday Highland Scotch.
Matured in ex-Bourbon, the low-tannin oak lends vanilla and a soft frame to the light blended spirit.
At 40% it shows chocolate, vanilla and a glasshouse-green note over an oily body with a faint coal-gas edge. A house Loch Lomond blend.
