Description
Samaroli, the storied Italian bottler founded by Silvano Samaroli in 1968, releases this Loch Lomond Single Grain in its Masam line, the distillery's 100% malted-barley grain, a 25 year old from 1996, cask 42954.
Twenty-five years in ex-Bourbon mature the light grain, vanilla from the gentle oak as the humid warehouse drew off the cask over the decades.
At 55% it shows mature vanilla and soft grain over old wood, undiluted. A Samaroli grain.
