From Douglas Laing's Old Particular range, this Loch Lomond Single Grain, the distillery's 100% malted-barley grain, is a 24 year old from 1995, cask DL 14015.
Twenty-four years in ex-Bourbon mature the light grain, the gentle oak giving vanilla while evaporation slowly drew down the cask over the decades.
At 51.7% it shows mature vanilla and soft grain over old wood, undiluted. An Old Particular grain.
