Remarkable Ingenuity is a travel retail Loch Lomond, the name a nod to the distillery's inventive still house, the most versatile in Scotland. A cask strength 13 year old in ex-Bourbon.
Thirteen years in ex-Bourbon at full strength keep the spirit's fruit and grip, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla while slow oxidation builds soft fruit.
At 47.3% it shows citrus and vanilla with cooked fruit and a faint coal-gas mineral edge, undiluted. A cask strength 13.
