This Single Cask Limited Edition, an 11 year old from a 2007 vintage, is a cask strength Loch Lomond in ex-Bourbon, an outturn of 339 bottles, a sibling cask to the others of the year.

Eleven years in ex-Bourbon at full strength keep the spirit's grip, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla.

At 51.5% it shows a hay-like, leafy and vegetal character with a yeasty depth, undiluted. A single-cask 11.
